At ESC we leverage our industry experience and knowledge as well as our extensive network, to deliver value for you and your business.  In our over 10 years combined experience in founding and leadership roles in the Cannabis Industry we have worked for and with many of the biggest brands and operators in the space and we pride ourselves in working quickly and efficiently regardless of the scope of the project.

Team

Lo Norona brings 19 years of startup experience in Business Development and Revenue Operations in a variety of startup ecosystems.

In his over 3 years in the Cannabis Industry in the Director of Sales and Director of Customer Success roles at Vertosa, he served as a trusted partner to dozens of infused product makers including some of the biggest  brands in the cannabis market. 

 

At ESC Lo uses his skills to help businesses bring products to market, drive new revenues and create operational efficiencies.

Misha Yerlick is an experienced Cannabis Operations Executive who has been building and growing cannabis companies for over 5 years.  After co-founding Atlas Edibles in 2017, Misha then served as    

VP of Operations for Vertosa where he created structure, built operational efficiencies, and opened new markets.

In these five years, Misha has built teams, systems, products and product lines, all done with an attention to organizational efficiency amidst the ever changing landscape of the cannabis industry - in California and beyond.
